• Customers to be greeted in a friendly and courteous manner.

• Door supervisors to be of smart, professional appearance at all times.

• No fraternising with customers, staff and or management beyond friendly polite conversation.

• Door supervisors to remain calm and diplomatic should an issue present itself.

• To assist the emergency services should they arrive at the venue for any reason.

• To respect the chain of command and report any incidents to their immediate manager who will deal with the matter as appropriate.

• Never to accept bribes or inducements.

• Never to be under the influence of any drink or drug whilst working with the exception of prescribed medicine.

• To treat all persons with respect regardless of their actions.

• To secure the legal boundaries of the venue only.

• To use minimum force when necessary to eject customers in breach of licensing laws as a last resort. Communication is always the first option.
